Chef Night at the Dobson's

Chef Night started a few months back, when the guys decided it would be fun to get together and try out some new recipes. Craig used to work in a restaurant, still has the culinary bug........and a bunch of old chef clothes, so, there ya have it...........Chef Night has now become an event around here!

Pan roasted chicken breasts, with cherry tomoatoes, basil and garlic..........
Halibut & couscous.........These were the fabulous entrees on the menu at our house last night. Craig was the head chef......at least, that's what I've titled him! Other chefs included Warren(my husband), Mark(son-in-law), and Steve(long time family friend....and officiant of our daughter Jessica and Mark's wedding).
